Previous to his new projects and challenges, Bacó Bagué devoted of his career to the private sector and public service. Experienced in a well-rounded and successful career as CEO and president; growth/development advisor, ambassador and sounding board of choice for owners and senior management when tackling challenging special situations; dealmaker and negotiator; expertise as advisor coach in turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, private placement debt or equity, corporate governance, strategic development and growth, government affairs, board of directors and family business, market entry partner and advisor; Secretary of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce, Chairman and President of Government Development Bank and Economic Development Bank; masterminded Law 20/22 movement, Parallel 18 Start-up project, Lufthansa Technic MRO Aeronautical ecosystem, CEAL PR Chapter, among many creative and innovative initiatives.
